Rijksmuseum – Dutch National Museum
The museum was reopened by Queen Beatrix in 2013 and is now one of the most visited museums in the world. Masterpieces include Frans Hals’s Portrait Of A Young Couple and Rembrandt’s The Night Watch.

Vondelpark
Vondelpark is a beautiful 47 acre park with an open-air theatre.  It is a great place to have a picnic and try some Dutch cheese.

Van Gogh Museum
See the world’s largest collection of paintings by Van Gogh. Get up close and personal with his famous Sunflower paintings.

Anne Frank House
Discover the place where Anne Frank and her family hid to escape Nazi persecution. Please note that queues are usually long and booking in advance is advised.

Tulip season
Tulip season starts at the end of March and runs up until the middle of May. This year's Bulbflower parade will run from 18 - 22 April 2018. The parade will end at Haarlem, which is about 15 minutes away from Amsterdam by train. Also, check out Amsterdam's tulip festival.
